IMBASAN 2012 – Pencapaianku

 

Assalamualaikum…

 

ALHAMDULILLAH year 2012 has been really great to me and I am very grateful to Allah for all the rezeki He gave me in 2012. So far I can tell you that year 2012 is the sweetest and greatest year I ever had.. I met so many new people, achieved lots of achievements that I really grateful and proud of.

 

One of my sweet memories during 2012 is I was invited by RTM to be one of their panel in TV2 tv programme, Generasi Y. The host was Muaz Mohamad and the other panel from the professional field was Dr Amin Idris. I had so much fun shooting and they’re all easy to work with. THANK YOU SO MUCH RTM !

 

 

I guess I never showed this picture to anyone or even write about it in my blog, right? I regret that I like to procrastinate until I totally forgot to blog about this! So this picture above was taken during mini launching of sub-brand of Hajaba that is LUVSTYLISTA. Proud and grateful to announce (finally.. pheww!!) that I was one of the official model for the 1st batch collection of LUVSTYLISTA, along with big names in the industry. They are Natasha Hudson, Diana Amir, Yatt Hamzah and Maria Elena! But during the mini launching only Diana, Yatt and me that manage to come.

 

 

And wohooo!! Together with AMANZ team, we was featured for a three-pages segment in News Straits Times. But of course the article was more about what AMANZ is, what they do and what achievements that have achieved. And there was merely a paragraph or two about me. Hahaha!! Thank you so muchhh NST!!

 

 

“Jana Pendapatan Dengan Blog” was the title for my article on the front page of UTUSAN (Sabtu). But the actual title in C.O.M (Utusan’s insertion on every Saturday) was “Merah Jambu Pilihan Blogger Nisa Kay”. Haha I guess the title on the front page has sparked some controversial. Thank you so much Kak Lynn from Utusan for the opportunity!

 

 

On the following week, once again I was featured in Utusan Mingguan in the segment Citra Wanita. The interesting story behind this was I never met the journalist who writes my articles. Or.. I don’t remember meeting her at any events? She called me and interview me via phone call only and the pictures in the segment was taken from Luvstylista. The pictures was shot by EyeStudio Photography. Thank you so much UTUSAN!

 

 

And my latest achievement during 2012 was being featured in muslimah fashion magazine, HIJABISTA.. I was called by Hijabista in mid September to shoot with them but I politely rejected because I’m staying in Penang. But when they called me for the second time, I think I should not reject and just grab this chance. I fly back to KL and had a photoshoot session with Hijabista at Karangkraf.

 

Hmm.. I think that were some of my achievements that I would like to highlight. These achievements are so important to me as they promote my blog and my freelance modelling career. Well, I don’t do modelling anymore but IF they are any offer coming INSHAALLAH I will put in much consideration.
